Many of our residents and community clients are seeking sustainable employment and work with our staff to gain the training and skills needed to be valuable employees.
The Light House is seeking community partners that would be interested in employing recent graduates of our Job Readiness Program.
The Job Readiness Program provides self-development workshops, case management and resume and cover letter building classes. At the conclusion of the training our students leave with the confidence, drive and knowledge to pursue their employment goals.
Graduates of the Job Readiness Program are:
- Supported by Light House staff with services and case management for up to three months after employment to ensure that transition into employment is successful.
- Qualified to not only do a high-quality job but represent your business and mission.
- Interested and skilled in a variety of employment opportunities, thus providing a wide range of recruitment opportunities for your business or organization.
By employing graduates of the Job Readiness program you are helping to create positive change for individuals who are working hard to build a path to stability and hope!
